1. Returns

CHINKY & RINKY COUTIEPIE FABRIC COMPANY happily accepts returns due to change of mind under the following conditions:

• The return request must be received within 2 days of receipt of the item.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
• The returned products should be worth more than Rs. 250.
• Returns are accepted only for specific pin codes.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene issues, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Panties
• Briefs
• Shapewear
• Stick-On Bras

3. Return Process

• Your return order will be picked up within 7 days of placing the return request.
• In some cases, we may ask you to self-ship your order if your pin code falls into a red zone.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Refunds will be completed within 15 days from the date of order cancellation.

5. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
